Use of the service
You may use Paperdesk only if you are legally able to do so in your jurisdiction and are at least 18 years old. You are responsible for compliance with applicable laws, sanctions, tax obligations, and wallet security. Do not use the service where access to this type of market information is prohibited.
Nature of indications
A published quote is a wallet-signed expression of interest, not an order, offer, contract, security, deposit, or promise of execution. No matching or settlement occurs through Paperdesk. A balance check is point-in-time evidence only and does not reserve assets.
Risk disclosure
PAPER is currently subject to transfer restrictions and may never become freely transferable. Protocol rules, token economics, eligibility, balances, and market interest can change without notice. Forward indications may be inaccurate, manipulated, or impossible to settle. You could lose the entire value of any transaction arranged independently from Paperdesk.
No advice or endorsement
Information is provided for price discovery only. Nothing on Paperdesk is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Displaying an address, quote, token contract, protocol metric, or third-party link does not constitute an endorsement.
Acceptable use
Do not submit false or misleading information, impersonate another person, manipulate the displayed market, evade quote limits, probe the service for vulnerabilities, disrupt availability, or use the service for unlawful activity. Quotes may be hidden or removed to protect market integrity.
Public data and privacy
Wallet addresses, signatures, quote terms, timestamps, verification status, and quote history are intentionally public. Do not connect an address you do not want associated with this activity. Paperdesk and its infrastructure providers may process basic request data, including IP address, device information, and security logs, to operate and protect the service. Paperdesk does not ask for private keys or seed phrases and does not sell personal information.
Third-party services
Paperdesk depends on wallet software, Papertrade data, HyperEVM, Circle USDC, RPC providers, database hosting, and web hosting. Those services have separate terms and may be unavailable or incorrect. Paperdesk is not responsible for third-party systems or links.
Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paperdesk and its operator will not be liable for losses arising from use of the service, reliance on indications, wallet activity, third-party systems, or attempted settlement.
Changes and contact
These terms may change as the product develops. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date on this page. A dedicated operator contact will be published before Paperdesk enables any binding or facilitated transaction service.
